RETAIL, HOME FURNISHING
Evidea’s agile customer expects retail to be everywhere, instant and personal. Store concept is designed in order to fulfill the expectations of customer and integrated with the digial store, evidea.com.
Customer journey is designed in order to achieve brand awareness that highlights the product range and expertise on home furnishing.
Store has a wide facade facing high traffic of people and cars which enables us to create a communication surface with customers. We created a big orange box effect at facade in order to take attention and highlight the brand identity. Our aim is to be remembered easily and explained to others by word of mouth. We constructed a metal mesh facade which is semi transparent so people who are passing through can see the store’s interior. Entrance, exit and showwindows are designed like the evidea logo which also highlights brand identity.
Outdoor communications and logo are hanged on the metal mesh which are illuminated. Store consists of two floors which we divided as upstairs for the furniture display and inspiration room settings and entrance level for home decoration products and payment areas.
All product categories have their own zone and product display stands are designed according to the type, material and size. The physical store has digital screens in every category which creates a communication with the evidea.com platform. With these empowering touchpoints all product range can be shown to customer and bought instantly instore and delivered to the address. Home decoration products are displayed in modular shelf systems which enables adaptation to the dynamic product range.
